Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. What ATC Connect is
ATC Connect is a booking and practice platform operated by Anytime Counselling Pty Ltd that connects clients with independent therapists. Therapists on the platform are independent practitioners, not employees or agents of Anytime Counselling Pty Ltd.
2. Bookings and payment
When you book a session, your card is charged at the time of booking to secure your place. This is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your session; a small cancellation fee may apply after that. Full detail is in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Session pricing
Each therapist sets their own session pricing. ATC Connect does not take a percentage of session fees; therapists keep 100% of what they charge.
4. Telehealth and in-person sessions
Sessions may be delivered by secure video within the platform or in person, depending on what a therapist offers. Video sessions require a stable internet connection and a private space.
5. Clinical responsibility
Your therapist, not ATC Connect, is responsible for the clinical care you receive, including any content produced with AI assistance. See our Clinical Governance and AI Use & Disclosure policies.
6. Emergencies
ATC Connect is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.
7. Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close an account for conduct that breaches these terms, puts others at risk, or breaches applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
