Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This page sets out our intended approach and is published for planning and product-development purposes. It is not yet a final, legally reviewed policy and should not be relied on as one.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what is and isn’t okay when using ATC Connect, for clients and therapists alike.
2. Not permitted
- Using the platform for anything other than genuine therapy bookings and delivery.
- Sharing another person’s login, or accessing an account you’re not authorised to use.
- Uploading a client’s clinical notes, recordings, or identifying information anywhere outside the platform without authorisation.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against another user.
- Attempting to bypass compliance checks, payment processing, or platform security controls.
- Scraping, reselling, or redistributing directory listings or resource library content outside its licensed use.
3. Therapist-specific expectations
Therapists must represent their qualifications accurately, keep compliance documents current, and use AI-assisted features only with the client’s informed consent. See our Code of Conduct for the fuller professional standard expected.
4. Client-specific expectations
Clients are asked to attend booked sessions in good faith, provide accurate intake information, and treat therapists with the same respect they expect in return.
5. Enforcement
Breaches of this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the platform, depending on severity.
6. Contact
To report a concern, see our Complaints Policy, or contact support@anytimecounselling.com.au.
