Therapist Membership Agreement
Last updated: July 2026
1. Your status
You join ATC Connect as an independent practitioner running your own practice, not as an employee or contractor of Anytime Counselling Pty Ltd. You are responsible for your own registration, insurance, tax, and clinical decisions.
2. Membership fees
You pay a flat monthly membership fee based on your tier (Standard or Accredited). This fee is separate from your session pricing — ATC Connect does not take a percentage of what you charge clients. Membership can be paused or cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
3. Setting your own pricing
You set your own session fees. Clients see your price before booking and are charged directly at the time of booking; you keep 100% of that amount, paid out on our standard payout schedule.
4. Compliance obligations
You must keep your registration, professional indemnity insurance, qualifications, and any relevant memberships current, and upload evidence when requested. If any of these lapse, your profile is automatically set to inactive until you restore compliance — see our Compliance & rebates page for how this works day to day.
5. Accredited tier and gated features
Features that depend on a specific registration or accreditation — such as DSM-5 diagnostic suggestions or Medicare rebate processing — are only available where your registration and provider number support them. Access is verified during onboarding and may be reviewed at any time.
6. Directory, marketing and referral links
Joining ATC Connect includes a public profile in our client-facing directory, a personal referral link and QR code, and inclusion in ATC’s own marketing and social promotion. You can request removal from the public directory at any time while keeping your account active for existing clients.
7. Clinical notes and AI assistance
You remain fully responsible for your clinical notes, including anything drafted with AI assistance. AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by you before it is saved to a client’s record. See our AI Use & Disclosure Policy and Clinical Governance policy.
8. Resource library contributions
If you contribute worksheets or activities to the shared resource library, you’re credited as the contributor and retain ownership of your content, subject to the license terms in our Resource Library Contributor License.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove a profile for lapsed compliance, breach of our Code of Conduct, or conduct that puts clients at risk. You can close your account at any time; existing client records remain subject to our retention obligations.
