Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. When you're charged

Your card is charged at the time of booking to secure your session — not afterwards. This holds your spot and reduces no-shows for therapists.

2. Cancelling more than 24 hours before your session

Fully refundable. Cancel from your booking confirmation or account, and the charge is reversed automatically.

3. Cancelling within 24 hours

A small cancellation fee may apply, set by your therapist, to reflect the short notice. The remaining balance is refunded.

4. If your therapist cancels

If a therapist cancels or a payment fails on their end, you’re refunded in full and the session slot reopens for booking.

5. Rescheduling

Moving a session to a new time within the notice window above doesn’t incur any fee — only an outright cancellation within 24 hours does.

6. Therapist discretion

A therapist can waive a cancellation fee at their discretion, and can also offer sessions at a reduced fee or no charge where appropriate.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge was applied incorrectly, contact support@anytimecounselling.com.au and we’ll review it.
