Whistleblower Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This page sets out our intended approach and is published for planning and product-development purposes. It is not yet a final, legally reviewed policy and should not be relied on as one.
1. Purpose
This policy provides a confidential channel for reporting serious misconduct — such as fraud, clinical safety risks, or breaches of law — and sets out the protections available to people who make a genuine disclosure.
2. Who can make a report
Therapists, clients, staff, and contractors can all make a report under this policy.
3. How to report
Contact whistleblower@anytimecounselling.com.au directly. Reports can be made anonymously if you prefer.
4. Protections
Genuine disclosures made under this policy are protected from retaliation. Your identity, if provided, is kept confidential to the greatest extent possible.
5. What happens next
Reports are reviewed promptly by a person independent of the matter being reported, with outcomes communicated where appropriate and legally possible.
